The beginning of Duane’s
Reliable Computer Services.
In 2010, Duane was working in route sales—a physically demanding job. Looking ahead, he knew it wasn’t something he wanted to continue doing for another 15 or 25 years, so he started considering what might come next.
His wife, Becky, suggested something he had already been doing for years:
“What about computer repair? You have been supporting family and friends for years.”
That suggestion turned into Duane’s Reliable Computer Services.
What began as computer repair has evolved along with technology. Duane still helps individuals when their computers aren’t cooperating, while a major part of DRCS today is providing ongoing support for very small businesses.
The original idea remains the same: practical technology help from someone customers can know, call and trust.
